Refund Policy:
All sales are final on all downloaded material (Music Singles) an non-tangible item. Customers can cancel transaction at anytime during the process prior to confirmation. In case of any improper eletronic deliveries of music, with proper communications by phone or email direct delivery of music is the goal to satisfy our customers.

Our Internet Music Store allows you to preview, purchase and download music. The login is for marketing purposes and receive newsletters or e-mails and any other promotional information from us. We presently use the information that we collect about you to facilitate your downloads. Market more effectively to create a more personalized online experience. All information gathered will be protected and not issued to any third party. You are only permitted to access our site, browse, make purchases and download music from designated locations.
Artist Agreement:
WhoopTonez.net™ agrees to provide a music hosting service and post the music of an artist, group, songwriter and/or producer on Whoopwoop LLC servers for online distribution. The artist, group, songwriter and/or producer can submit their intellectual concepts with photo of the potential artist, group, songwriter and/or producer and bio; intellectual concepts (one CD with at least three tracks of music/songs that is mastered or has clear audio replay). Music should be copy written under United States and International Copyrights Laws. WhoopTonez.net™ and/or WhoopWoop.com under "Whoopwoop LLC is not responsible for the use of the artist, group, song writer and/or producer intellectual works after the downloading of the Single, EP, and/or LP of the artist, group, song writer and/or producer from Whoopwoop LLC databases."
WhoopWoop.com has Free services and we offer online solutions for independents and the unsigned artist. All music submitted will become property of Whoopwoop LLC (CD and bio only; not meaning actual music or the intellectual rights). To obtain a music profile or other services, notify us below for more information.
Artist, group, songwriter and/or producer will be compensated; solely based on the number of downloads sold monthly. $0.55 of $1.00 U.S. Dollar per single download (Pricing is subject to change. This is negotiable for High profile accounts). A monthly check will be sent to the artist, group, songwriter and/or producer based solely on sales, mailing address required. Music stays online, as long as, the artist gives permission or at WhoopWoop LLC discretion.
Whoopwoop LLC, WhoopWoop.com, or WhoopTonez.net cannot be held liable for the nonsuccess of any or all music. WhoopTonez™ music hosting services will not be held liable for any non-sales of products or services of mp3 tracks/songs on WhoopTonez. Artist, group, songwriter and/or producer understands that promotion of products or service provided is the sole responsibility of the artist, group, song writer and/or producer.
All Music should be copy written under Unites States Federal Laws and International Laws. Any music with samples, cover versions, and/or sound bytes; it is the artist, group, songwriter and/or producer sole responsibility to gain permission for the usage of samples, cover versions, and/or sound bytes in their compositions and it is understood that the composition, song, or track has been cleared through the proper authorities prior to submitting music profiles. Whoopwoop LLC/WhoopWoop.com/ WhoopTonez.net will not be held responsible for any law actions resulting from illegal use of material done by the artist, group, song writer and/or producer. Artist, group, songwriter, and/or producer is asked to honor their agreements, if any, with their publishing company or any publishing companies. Artist, group, songwriter, and/or producer is solely responsible for any action of royalty payments to his, her, or their publishing company.
Any changes to Artist Agreements the artist, group, songwriter, and/or producer will be notified prior to any and all revising in Agreements or Services. Both parties can terminate the use the of services at any time.
Your uses of Whoopwoop LLC's services are reliable. Any problems, contact us at info@WhoopTonez.net any and all compliants, just show patient and we will give proper cooperation. Customer service and satisfaction is our goal.
Whoopwoop LLC guarantees the availability of service, and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any function or feature of WhoopTonez™.
Whoopwoop LLC cannot be held liable for the nonsuccess of any or all music. WhoopTonez™ music hosting service will not be held liable for non-sales of products or mp3 songs on WhoopTonez. Artist, group, song writer and/or producer understands that promotion of their products and services is the sole responsibility of the artist, group, song writer and/or producer. Once WhoopWoop.com®/WhoopTonez.net™ has completed their portion of the promotion package which includes; Music profile, preview, and downloading capabilities and promotion of the venue itself, Whoopwoop LLC has completed their promotion for the artist, group, song writer and/or producer.
IN NO EVENT WILL WhoopWoop LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE A PERSONAL COMPUTER OR NOTEBOOK WHILE BROWSING WhoopWoop.com®/ WhoopTonez.net™. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO ALL INTERNET USERS WHETHER YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE EQUIPMENT BEING USED OR NOT. WE ENSURE NO VIRUSES,TROJANS, BUGS, WORMS, OR COMPUTER ILLNESSES WILL BE CONTRACTED IN THE PROCESS DOWNLOADING FROM OUR DATABASES. The laws of the United States shall control the formation, construction and interpretation of this agreement. Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States and the parties agree to submit to personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Violations of these Acceptable Uses, Policies, and Terms of Service should be referred to info@whooptonez.net or proper authorities.
All complaints will be investigated promptly.
Serious violations of terms or conditions can be grounds for immediate profile deactivation, refunds can be released after proper investigations from WhoopWoop LLc or proper consumer protection authorities.
